  2.    The Automatic Remasterer
  3.    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  4.    License for use and distribution
  5.    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

  8.       The Automatic Remasterer is distributes as try-before-you-buy. This
  9.       means:
  10.  
  11.    1. All copyrights to Automatic Remasterer are exclusively owned by the
  12.       author - Daniel Benes.
  13.  
  14.    2. Anyone may use this software during a test period of 20 days. Following
  15.       this test period of 20 days or less, if you wish to continue to use
  16.       Automatic Remasterer, you MUST register.
  17.  
  18.    3. There are 4 basic types of licenses issued for Automatic Remasterer,
  19.       these are:
  20.  
  21.       a.  A single computer USAGE license.  The user purchases ONE license
  22.           to USE the Automatic Remasterer  on ONE computer.
  23.  
  24.       b.  A Multiple USAGE license.  The user purchases a number of USAGE
  25.           licenses for use, by the purchaser, the purchaser's employees or
  26.           accredited agents, on the same number of computers.
  27.  
  28.       c.  A SITE USAGE license.  The user purchases a single USAGE license,
  29.           authorising the USE of Automatic Remasterer, by the purchaser, the
  30.           purchaser's employees or accredited agents, on an unlimited number
  31.           of computers at the same physical SITE location.  This SITE
  32.           location would normally be defined as a single building, but could
  33.           be considered to be a number of buildings within the same, general,
  34.           geographical location, such as an industrial estate or small town.

  36.       d.  A CORPORATE, NATIONAL or INTERNATIONAL USAGE license.  The user
  37.           purchases a single USAGE license, authorising the USE of Automatic
  38.           Remasterer, by the purchaser, the purchaser's employees or
  39.           accredited agents, on an unlimited number of computers, regardless
  40.           of location, but owned or under the control of the purchaser.

  42.       Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use
  43.       Automatic Remasterer on as many computers as defined by the licensing
  44.       terms above according to the number of licenses purchased, for any
  45.       legal purpose. The registered Automatic Remasterer software may not be
  46.       rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, in it's entirety,
  47.       if the person receiving it agrees to the terms of this license.  If the
  48.       software is an update, the transfer must include the update and all
  49.       previous versions.

  51.    4. The Automatic Remasterer unregistered trial version may be freely
  52.       distributed, with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution
  53.       package is not modified in any way.
  54.       
  55.       a.  No person or company may distribute separate parts of the package
  56.           without written permission of the copyright owner.
  57.       
  58.       b.  The Automatic Remasterer unregistered trial version may not be
  59.           distributed inside of any other software package without written
  60.           permission of the copyright owner.
  61.  
  62.       c.  Hacks/crack, keys or key generators may not be included on the
  63.           same distribution.

  65.    5. To register you must complete the registration form and send
  66.       it, with registration fee, to one of the authorized
  67.       registration sites, see reg_site.txt.

  69.    6. THE Automatic Remasterer  IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".  NO WARRANTY OF ANY
  70.       KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
  71.       NEITHER THE AUTHOR NOR THE AGENTS OF THE AUTHOR WILL BE LIABLE 
  72.       FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS
  73.       WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  75.    7. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  76.       decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
  77.       licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as
  78.       provided for in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall
  79.       result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and
  80.       may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

  82.       Neither Automatic Remasterer binary code may be used or reverse
  83.       engineered to re-create the Automatic Remasterer algorithm, which is
  84.       proprietary, without written permission of the author.
  85.  
  86.       Automatic Remasterer keyfiles may not be distributed, except as stated
  87.       in item 3) above, outside of the area of legal control of the
  88.       person or persons who purchased the original license, without
  89.       written permission of the copyright holder.
  90.  
  91.       All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Daniel Benes.

  93.    8. Installing and using Automatic Remasterer signifies acceptance of these
  94.       terms and conditions of the license.
  95.  
  96.    9. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove
  97.       Automatic Remasterer files from your storage devices and cease to use
  98.       the product.
